Located directly on our own private golf course, all of our cottages have large sundecks with gas barbecues and outside furniture, and offer a gorgeous ocean view with Southwest exposure.

Truly home away from home, our cottages are fully equipped with all amenities.  Each cottage has a full kitchen, equipped with a full size stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, range hood and all kitchen utensils.   Living and dining rooms feature exclusive high end furniture, electric fireplaces, hardwood flooring, area rugs, art work and decorations. 

Bedrooms are furnished with only high-quality furniture and mattresses and luxurious carpets, and our bathrooms are finished in all high end ceramic tile.  Also included in each cottage are flat screen color TVs.    We do have a handicapped accessible cottage.

A special note to our European guests - our cottages are equipped only with 110V electricity.

Non-smoking property.  No pets permitted.

 Executive golf course with large practice putting green; Championship bent grass greens.  For the avid golfer, there are ten golf courses located within 100 km. Access to our golf course and other amenities is included for the exclusive use of our guests.

Sluice Point Cottages and Golf is located approximately 8 km from the village of Tusket, which offers convenience stores, post office and historical sites.  The Town of Yarmouth is just 12 km from Tusket, with nice restaurants, bars and entertainment, shopping and tourist sites.
